We will send this design to you by email for your approval, and if you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to make any necessary changes to the design until it meets your expectations. If you decide not to proceed with the order, we offer a full refund of all your costs, ensuring that you have a risk-free shopping experience.

Once you are satisfied with the computer design, we will proceed with the production of your custom jewelry. Our skilled craftsmen will create your unique piece using only the highest quality materials and techniques. The production process typically takes 7-10 working days, but for more complex designs, it may take longer.

Please note that due to the customized nature of our jewelry products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the production process has begun.
