At our custom jewelry studio, we take pride in creating unique and personalized jewelry pieces that meet your individual style and taste. When you place an order with us, we will work closely with you to ensure that your custom jewelry is crafted to your exact specifications.
After you place your order, our skilled artisans will begin designing your jewelry piece according to your chosen style. Depending on the complexity of the design, it may take anywhere from 2-7 working days for us to create a computer design of your jewelry product. We will send this design to you by email for your approval, and if you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to make any necessary changes to the design until it meets your expectations. If you decide not to proceed with the order, we offer a full refund of all your costs, ensuring that you have a risk-free shopping experience.
Once you are satisfied with the computer design, we will proceed with the production of your custom jewelry. Our skilled craftsmen will create your unique piece using only the highest quality materials and techniques. The production process typically takes 7-10 working days, but for more complex designs, it may take longer.
Please note that due to the customized nature of our jewelry products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the production process has begun. However, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your custom jewelry piece, and we stand behind our work with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
return and exchange policies
At YSJEC CO., we create every piece of jewelry from scratch, tailored specifically to your preferences. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces. Before we begin production, we have a strict approval process for both your stone and CAD design to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your piece.
If you’re interested in an in-stock sample, we do offer the option to return or exchange within three days of purchase, with a 20% restocking fee, as long as the item is unworn.
